If you have accessed your account before and are unable to remember your password, you can reset this by selecting ‘forgotten password’ and following the steps to reset your password.
You’ll need to use the email address linked to your policy to reset your password, once your password has been reset you will be logged into your account.
If it’s been more than 30 days since you purchased your policy, we’ll need to assist with your account activation.
If it’s been more than 30 days since you obtained your quotation, it will no longer be available in your account – you’ll need to get a new quote.
