If your discount code isn’t applying, don’t worry — there are a few common reasons this can happen.
Please review the checks below before contacting us.
Check the Code Has Been Entered Correctly
- Discount codes must be entered exactly as issued.
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
- Check for capital letters (codes are often case-sensitive)
- Ensure you haven’t accidentally used the letter “O” instead of the number “0”, or vice versa
- If possible, copy and paste the code directly into the discount box.
Confirm the Code Is Still Valid
Some promotional codes:
- Have an expiry date
- Are only valid during a specific campaign period
- If the promotion has ended, the code will no longer apply.
Check You’re on the Right Link:
If you have been referred by a partner, e.g a travel agent or a broker, you will need to get a quote using the link they provided to you.
Check You’re Applying It in the Correct Place
Make sure the code is entered in the official discount / promotional code box before completing your purchase (this is above the prices page).
The discount should be visible in your order summary before payment.
