Do I have Smart Luggage?
Smart Luggage is included on all Just Travel Cover gold policies, available to add on to bronze or silver policies, or buy independent of your main policy.
If you purchased Smart Luggage you'll have received an email about it, and you must have registered your flights prior to travel to make a claim.
How do I make a claim on Smart Luggage?
To make a Smart Luggage claim, login to the portal where you registered your flights, here.

If your policy does not include Smart Luggage, you may be able to make a claim under the baggage section of your main Travel Insurance policy on your return to the UK (subject to policy terms, conditions and exclusions).
