You'll need to check your policy documents to confirm your policy includes baggage cover and what the cover limit and excess is (i.e. how much you can claim for baggage and what is included/excluded).
To make a claim under this section, please follow the claims process detailed in the Policy Wording, which you can access via your customer account.
Please note that claims under this section can only be made once you return to the UK.

Do I have Smart Luggage?
Smart Luggage is included on all Just Travel Cover gold policies, available to add on to bronze or silver policies, or buy independent of your main policy.
If you purchased Smart Luggage you'll have received an email about it, and you must have registered your flights prior to travel to make a claim.
How do I make a claim on Smart Luggage?
